• Michael Barski, 37, of Auburn, was sentenced Dec. 3 by Judge Jon Budelmann to three years of state prison followed by five years of post-release supervision for second-degree assault.

• Frank Bell, 58, was sentenced Dec. 3 by Budelmann to time served followed by five years of probation for aggravated family offense. He was also sentenced to time served for second-degree criminal contempt.

• Byron Cole, 36, was sentenced Dec. 3 by Budelmann to two to four years in state prison for aggravated family offense.

• Andre Murphy Jr., 37, was sentenced Dec. 3 by Budelmann to five years in state prison followed by three years of post-release supervision for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.Ìý

• Johnny Smith, 48, was sentenced Dec. 3 by Budelmann to 364 days in the Cayuga County Jail for third-degree assault.

• Gary Wagner, 65, was sentenced Dec. 3 by Budelmann to three years of probation for failure to notify of address change as sex offender.

• Matthew Coats was sentenced Dec. 5 by Judge Thomas Leone to five years of probation for aggravated driving while intoxicated.

• Jody Labelle was sentenced Dec. 5 by Leone to six months in the Cayuga County Jail followed by five years of probation for aggravated family offense.

• Richard Moon was sentenced Dec. 5 by Leone to one to three years in state prison for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of .08 of 1%.
