The following defendants were sentenced in Cayuga County Court in Auburn the week of Monday, Dec. 9, to Friday, Dec. 13:
• Jesse M. Barr, 26, of Moravia, was sentenced Dec. 10 by Judge Jon Budelmann to 1 1/3 to four years in state prison for three counts of aggravated family offense. Barr was also sentenced to 364 days in the Cayuga County Jail for two counts of second-degree criminal contempt. Both sentences are running concurrently.Ìý
• Shautee M. Brown, 33, of Auburn, was sentenced Dec. 10 by Budelmann to two to four years in state prison for first-degree criminal contempt. Brown was also sentenced to 1 1/3 to four years in prison for a probation violation. Both sentences are running concurrently.
• Jesse N. Marion, 43, was sentenced Dec. 10 by Budelmann to two to four years in prison for fourth-degree grand larceny.

• Rodney O. Brackett, of Auburn, was sentenced Dec. 12 by Judge Thomas Leone to nine months in the Cayuga County Jail for second-degree criminal contempt. Brackett was also sentenced to nine months in the jail for a probation violation. Both sentences are running concurrently.
• Thomas L. Cooper, 35, was sentenced Dec. 12 by Leone to five years of probation for first-degree attempted disseminating indecent material to minors.
• Jamar D. Simmons, 49, was sentenced Dec. 12 by Leone to five years of probation for second-degree attempted assault.Ìý
• Bernard W. Slater, 46, was sentenced Dec. 12 by Leone to two to four years in state prison for third-degree burglary.
• Matthew P. Williams-McIntyre, 28, of Geneva, was sentenced Dec. 12 by Leone to 4.5 years in state prison followed by five years of post-release supervision for second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
